We grow apples , many heritage, culinary and cider varieties - 40 varieties in total on about 700 trees. We also have some pears, plums , quince and grapes.
We sell apples, apple juice and apple cider starting in early August. Early varieties are Transparent, Gravensteins, Summer Red, Red Free along with some early plums. The mid season ones like Kidd's Orange Red, Bramley Seedling, Gala, Cox's Orange Pippin and Purple Spartan are picked in September/October and late varieties like Belle de Boskoop, Mutsu, Golden Russets are harvested during October.
We have been growing apples on Denman Island for more than 22 years.

Our farm is located just south of Courtenay on the site of an old dairy farm We have about 12 acres of nut trees, which we water using drip irrigation - we mulch the trees to conserve water and improve the soil. We have made our own expeller press to manufacture cold pressed walnut oil from our own nuts. We sell shelled and unshelled walnuts and hazelnuts starting in mid- October and edible chestnuts if we have them.

Our orchard contains approximately 150 sweet cherry trees – varieties include Lapins, Sylvia, and Sweetheart.
