Hubert is a French baker from Nantes, the west coast of France and
Janet, his wife, is half Swiss. Hubert supports the
Francophone Society in the Comox Valley and is happy to speak French
to his customers. Wholesale baking for local coffee shops such as
Comox Grind, The Cumberland Grind, Rhodos Coffee, Carderos, the
Comox Airport, and Mudslingers in Campbell River. We also can do
some limited amount of catering of baked goods as well.
